What this shows

  1. 01 · The problem

    Internal communication and file sharing were spread across shared drives and email, with no single place staff could be pointed to.

  2. 02 · What I decided

    Build the foundation properly even though the brief was a portal. Authentication, file server scanning, and secure sharing were designed to be reused, which is why the fax, policy, and on-call systems that followed did not each need their own.

  3. 03 · The outcome

    The portal every subsequent internal platform was assembled on top of.
